1200 per month a couple, both people Japanese only. Bathroom is only for you, not shared ***NO KEY Deposit NEEDED ***(no scams here)
FREE Japanese rice included (you cook it yourself)
Laundry can be done TWICE per week FREE includes both a washer and a dryer
FREE dish soap and sponges
8 minutes walk to Warden subway station, Green line, 20 minutes to Bloor/Yonge station by subway
Short term OK. Two months minimum stay. No long term contract needed
SAFE AREA
No curfew rules, shower anytime day or night
Quiet area
Private room with key.
Unlimited high speed Wifi, heat, hydro, laundry, everything included.
Kitchen includes all dishes, rice cooker, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and electric kettle and tacoyaki maker.
CLEAN newer home, not stinky like many older homes in Toronto. Very comfortable with air conditioning (in summer) and of course heat (in winter) in every room. You should look at this room before deciding on another room.
Double size beds,all bed sheets, closet, mirror, big closet, desk and chair.
Reservations from Japan are welcome.
Airport pick up and drop off, help moving is available depending on timing.
Please do not apply if you are not clean and do not apply if you shower more than once per day. No smoking or vaping
