Clean, Furnished Room for Female, Next to SubwayAvailable June 1. Available for 6 months. May be able to extend stay.
I am looking for someone that works in the late afternoon and evening in a restaurant. This will be best to coordinate with the timing of the rest of the people living in the home.
This ad is for a furnished bedroom in a newly renovated home in the Danforth Village. The closest intersection is Woodbine and Danforth.
You would be sharing the house with myself, a working mom, a Japanese roommate in a separate bedroom, and a 6-year-old girl.
Please note that my child can be noisy in the mornings and evenings, but the daytime and nighttime is quiet.
Rent includes:
-Wifi
-Laundry 1-2 times a week
-Shower shared with 1 other female roommate, toilet paper
-Bed linens, blankets, furniture, mini fridge in room (not in the picture), desk in room (not in the picture), kettle in room

-Shared kitchen
-Bathroom and kitchen cleaned every 2 weeks by professional cleaners

-1 minute to Woodbine Subway station

-There are many delicious food restaurants close by like Korean, Thai and coffee shops
