Little Italy area, near Bathurst and Queen street. Very good and safe area with plenty of shopping, restaurants parks and everything you need. 2 bedroom lower level apartment with a separate entrance and your own keys. Very good option for 2 people or 3 people ( a couple + 1 person) Includes beds with bedding, desks, chairs, table, couch, shelves. Separate living room with a couch and TV.
Kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, pots, pans, plates, utensils, kettle and rice cooker.
The kitchen and the bathroom are not shared, for this apartment only.
The apartment is very clean
Coin laundry is available in the building.
Bbq area outdoor is available. Space fir bike storage.
Wi Fi (fast and unlimited) and all utilities are included, no additional charges.
$ 1750 per month.
Available May 1st or anytime in May.
Short term is ok.
Transit options:

-Osgoode Subway station is 20 minutes walk
