Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server and Barista to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages to our patrons.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, while adhering to company standards for quality and presentation
• Handle and maintain all equipment, ensuring it is kept clean and in good working order
• Operate the POS (Point of Sales) system, handling cash and credit card payments accurately and following cash handling procedures
• Assist with clean-up of workstations, including set up and restocking of supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations
【Qualifications】
• Smart serve required
• Barista Experience (Ability to do latte art is preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Japanese is an asset, but not required
$16.55/h + tip
