ROLES:
1: BOOKER & ADMIN
- Responsibilities -
Client Communication:
-Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
-Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agency staff.
-Assist in drafting and sending out contracts, invoices, and other client-related documents.
Model Database Management:
-Update and maintain the agency's database of models, including contact information, measurements, and portfolios.
-Assist in organizing and categorizing model profiles for easy access.
Assistance with Casting Calls and Auditions:
-Help organize casting calls and auditions, including coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and communicating with models and clients.
-Assist in setting up audition spaces and ensuring everything runs smoothly during the casting process.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills
2: B to B SALES
- Responsibilities -
Client Acquisition:
Identify and research potential clients, including fashion designers, advertising agencies, photographers, and other businesses that require modeling services.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the agency's client base.
Sales Presentations and Pitches:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the agency's services, models, and value proposition.
Tailor presentations to each client's specific needs and preferences.
Skills: Knowledge of BtoB Business, Business English
