この文章なのですが、money the fee simple, if unencumbered, if sold at の部分がわかりません。
また日本語に訳すとどうなりますでしょうか。 if がカンマの後に来る場合って、主語と動詞省略できましたっけ？高校英語忘れてしまったので、どなたかお願いします。
でたらめな英語ですね。まぁでも意味としては腕の長さくらいのきゅうりが採れたから売りたいんだけど、どうですか？って事でしょうね。

Current value とは何かを説明してるんですが、ざっくり言うとこんな感じ。
Current valueとは土地に関連して抵当権が設定されていない所有権を第三者間で売買する場合に得られる金額である。
英文も日本文も、意味不明。
