We are a traditional Japanese restaurant looking for a new staff to join our team.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and want to grow your culinary skills,
we’d love to hear from you!
BOH Responsibilities
- Prepare for original sauce,dressing,soup and cutting vegetables,butchering.
-Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation
-Manage prep and maintain inventory
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
-Keep kitchen clean and organized
-Independent work
Requirements
-Experience preferred for Japanese Cuisine such as Tenpura and Karaage,Ramen
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
-Legal to work in Canada

-Minimum 2 years previous experience working in a restaurant
