残り４か月のリース契約（アパート、バッチェラ）を引き継げる方を探しています。
詳細は以下になります。
１．家賃は水道代、光熱費込で月865$です。
２．４か月のリース契約、４月から７月まで（リース後、延長可）
３．Sherborne 駅 (TTC)から徒歩２分
４．家具あり、ベット、テーブル、タンス、プライベートのキッチン、シャワー（浴槽も）
５．地下一階に共同ランドリー
６．アパートの向かいにShoppers、 No Frills（スーパーマーケット）まで徒歩１分
７．６～７帖、一人部屋になります。
※また、大家さんは出来れば日本人希望との事ですが、交渉可能です。

Hi everyone, I'm looking for the person who I can sublet 4 month of my lease contract at apartment in bachelor.
the following is a detail.
apartment in bachelor(sherbourne)
1. rent fee is 865$ monthly which includes internt and utilities
2. four month of lease from this April to July 2017 (sublet, possible to extend a contract after that)
3. 2 minutes away from Sherborne Station (TTC)
4. already furnished, with a full size bed, table and wardrob, private kitchen, shower room with bathtub.
5. share laundly on the basement
6. Shoppers is 30 second walk from the place and there is also a No Frills nearby in 1 min
7. the space is for one person
Also preffer japanese tenant, but not absolutely necessary.
