Total Express is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Import Staff (Full-time).

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow with us and contribute to our continued success.

Position Requirements
• Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Previous experience in logistics or related fields preferred (experience in Japan is an asset)
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle operations related to import/export shipments (air, ocean, truck, and multimodal)
• Coordinate bookings, track shipments, and manage delivery processes
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, cargo lists, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with current and upcoming regulations
• Communicate with clients, agents, carriers, and customs brokers
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients
• Support customs clearance and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage billing processes and prepare supporting documents
• Maintain accurate records and client profiles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
