Company Overview:

Job Duties:
• Provide outstanding execution and guidance on company’s requirements and deliver exceptional communication skills
• Actively work to increase customer traffic and reach sales goals through educating customers and staff about company’s products and sampling
• Assist company to recruit and interview store employees; scheduling weekly working routines independently
• Train and coach new hire about production procedure and operation manual
• Coordinate multiple store’s operation by maintaining store aesthetic by stocking, organizing and following merchandising plans
• Stay up to date with company’s product knowledge, marketing launches and social campaigns
• Any other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Attributes:
• Proven 1-3 year of work experience in retail sales and/ or customer service experience is preferred
• A friendly and upbeat personality; great willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Works 5 days a week, committed to work on both Saturdays and Sundays; night shift works is a must
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Japanese (oral and written)
